ERP Supply Chain Process Project Manager

Intertec Consulting a leading provider of SAP resources has an immediate Direct position with one of our Large Phoenix clients for a ERP Supply Chain Project Manager. Candidates must be US Citizen of GC holder.

Description:
Serve as a functional process expert and team member on the Supply Chain ERP Team. Team member responsibilities will include multiple disciplines from within the supply chain such as: Purchasing, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Shipping, Warehouse Management, Operations, and S&OP. Extensive cross functional team engagement - must work well in virtual and matrix environment.

Must be able to analyze and document business process requirements, complete gap analysis, and assist in the deployment of Aerospace SAP Business Processes. Conduct workshops and presentations to obtain buy-in from site process owners and users on validating process designs, organizational redesign, and the change management activities required for implementation.

Work with COE or external consultants to configure the SAP R/3 system to support redesigned processes, and work with the technical team to design and develop required reports, forms, interfaces, and data conversion requirements. Design and execute functional application testing and process integration testing (including transactions and data to be tested). Develop user documentation, conduct user-training programs, and provide post implementation production support.

Ensure user documentation and training is common and accessible. Identify and resolve process Issues on a timely basis to support deployment schedules and priorities of sites already live on SAP.

Reports to the ERP Supply Chain Process Manager.

Requires extensive travel.
