ERP Technical Lead

We are searching for an experienced technical lead to manage the critical
ERP applications. The current
environment uses BPCS, and is integrated with 10 - 15 other applications all
supported by IBM AMS. The chosen candidate would lead the day to day
activities of a ten-person team with a small number of U.S.-based IGSI and
AMS personnel in Pittsburgh and a predominant number located in Bangalore,
India. This person sets objectives for their team, assigns activities, and
manages workload, in addition to providing technical guidance and process
improvement. This is a customer facing role and will be condidered a subject
matter expert. The technical lead position is expected to split their time
between managing team activities and providing technical support.
