Email Administrator

Currently, Oakwood is looking for an Email Administrator to join its home office team in Los Angeles, CA.

The position of Email Administrator is established to perform highly complex, analysis, maintenance, and implementation of email systems.

JOB DUTIES:
Design, analyze, maintain and implement all email related systems.
Provide technical support to all departments connected to the email system.
Identify and resolve hardware and software email related problems.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users, vendors, and managers.
Responsible for backup of all email related data. Restore email and mailboxes when applicable.
Help develop, maintain, and monitor email procedures and policies and documentation.
Responsible for all email, wireless email system upgrades.
Minimum Education: Bachelor?s Degree or higher preferred
Required/License/Certification: Exchange Administration Certification
Preferred/License/Certification: MCSE - Messaging
Minimum Experience: 5 Years
