Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

1.  Manage email marketing programs (including the setup and scheduling of online campaigns)

2.  Work with programming team to create automated reporting features to continue to increase overall ROI

3.  Work with web development and graphic design on web-based products and services

4.  Manage and assist clients with campaign and marketing needs

5.  Provide recommendations and manage segmentation of the list and product-specific emails, and produce ongoing competitive and financial analysis of all email marketing

6.  Identify new channels for continued expansion of our online marketing campaigns & services

Required Skills:
? Post-secondary education in marketing or equivalent experience
? Strong Marketing campaign and email program support experience
? Minimum 5 years experience in email marketing execution role
? Previous responsibility for managing email execution
? Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills
? Strong knowledge of design software
? Previous knowledge of email marketing programs
? Excellent communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills
? Individual should be successful in working with key stakeholders and teams
