Enterprise Architect - Data & Information

General:
- Develop and communicate architectural vision and applied technology roadmap for various initiatives
- Provide high level domain architectural design and documentation, identify technical risks and mitigation strategies
- Analyze and recommend software acquisitions and alternative solutions/methodologies/strategies
- Develop and evangelize the overall enterprise architecture
and transformation plan
- Drive the collaboration development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices
- Analyze and report on technical trends and developments
- Articulate emerging technologies, their strengths, weaknesses and application within enterprise
- Advise and consult on technologies costs, benefits, and implementation requirements
Specific:
- Define and communicate information architecture and data integration strategy and recommend design solutions
- Recommend approaches for EAI, EII, MDM, Data Marts, and middleware to enable data interoperability
- Work with data warehousing team and data architects to ensure industry design standards are followed
- Guide the development of a structured information environment and standardized data models

Minimum:
- Proven track record of 10+ years of continuous experience in engineering and/or solution architecture, development, and implementation of
large-scale systems, across multiple hardware and software platforms
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Expert knowledge of data warehousing and data integration patterns and approaches
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of multi-tier and cross-platform architectures
- Experience with architecting scalable service-oriented solutions at enterprise level
- Expertise in design/implementation of enterprise data integration systems and master data management
- Experience in developing of IT architecture plans, software development methodologies, and strategic planning

Technologies/Methodologies:
- ERP functional or technical interface experience (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, etc.)
- Messaging architectures (EAI), BizTalk, SAP XI, XML, SOAP, Web Services, .NET
- Data Warehousing, BI, and Master Data Management
- Electronic commerce, EDI, B2B architectures
- 4+1 and SDLC
