Enterprise Architecture Manager

Winterthur US Holdings, a division of Winterthur Group and holding company for General Casualty and Unigard Insurance operating companies, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager to drive boardroom objectives down to technology decisions. This individual will be responsible for pulling together the specific architecture disciplines and managing a team of 5 direct reports. This is a hands-on position comprised of approximately 25% management and 75% hands on work. Must be able to communicate the value of the enterprise architecture. Must have management experience in addition to Enterprise Architecture experience in complex technical environments.


Winterthur US Holdings provides shared services (IT, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, Actuarial) to our operating companies. We are located at the General Casualty campus in Sun Prairie. Our technical environment is complex and encompasses mainframe, .NET and JAVA platforms.
