Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Services: Day to Day Production Support ? Contractor?s primary responsibility shall be day to day production system support for Oracle WMS applications and all business process associated with this functional area to include but not limited to: Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Customs, and Indirect Tax. (i) Support for global operations requires 7/24 availability, with primary work to be performed during a 40 hour, Monday through Friday work week. (ii) Support includes, but is not limited to: (1) Daily review of system health monitors and timely analysis / problem resolution where required (2) Responding to problem reports from Business Process Analysts, analyzing issues, and providing direction on appropriate resolution. (3) Documenting issues in Information Technology Governance system and working issues through Development resolution (4) Manage Oracle Service Requests; including providing requested data, performing investigative analysis via MetaLink, and working with Oracle Customer Service toward issue resolution. (5) Manage resolutions through multiple system environments and into Production. (6) Work with Business Process Analysts to understand requested process enhancements, provide appropriate system solutions, and work to implement solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
Oracle WMS Application Specialist ? resource with proven experience in Oracle WMS, Shipping, Receiving, Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory; must have expertise with picking rule creation and strategy deployment; also required to have expertise with Oracle mobile application.
