Enterprise Relationship Manager, CFS

CITY: Norwalk STATE: Connecticut COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
GIS is seeking an energetic, result driven, self-start, and business focused Senior IT Professional with proven track record of delivering solid results in complex business environment, with demonstrated high levels of competency and experience in multiple infrastructure disciplines.

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager for Corporate Finance Services, GE Commercial Finance, this person will have the following responsibilities and accountabilities:

-- Establish and maintain Business/GIS relationship. Proactively provide Infrastructure solutions to business needs. Develops Infrastructure strategy along with Business CIO and GIS product leaders
-- Assist business in planning IT Initiatives and act as the liaison between Business IT and GIS vertical leaders and teams. Develop infrastructure strategy plans with both GIS and Business IT teams
-- Ensures that expectations are properly met, effectively communicates to IT managers on business needs and assist IT planning initiatives to support projects
-- Develop and maintain value driven business relationships through effective needs analysis, project management, customer service and problem resolution. Assist in Root Cause Analysis on inquiries and issues from GIS teams and Business IT organization. Identify manage and resolve issues that impede delivery
-- Manage communications between GIS and business IT
-- Ensure that the business needs are being fulfilled and the IT requirements are being met. Match products and services to facilitate the fulfilments of business needs.
-- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through established infrastructure metrics against SLA's
-- Organizes and participates in CIO Infrastructure Op Reviews. Participate and communicate in infrastructure forecasting, S2/Op planning and infrastructure budget
-- Advise Business IT teams on technology issues and opportunities. Participate in business unit activities like customer visits, due diligence, staff meetings, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in infrastructure management
- BS in Computer Science, other discipline or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of business goals
- Solid business acumen and knowledge of commercial business processes
- Proven track record with leading technical & business teams.
- Strategic vision & planning ability with respect to business value of continuity/disaster recovery activities
- Proven Project Management Experience Leading Large Complex Infrastructure Projects
- Quickly Establishes business credibility, confidence & respect
- Outstanding Communication and Analytical Skills
- Leadership, Matrix Management Skills
- Green Belt Certified

Desired:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Information/Computer Science or a related discipline
- Black Belt Certification
- IMLP / EIMP Graduate.
- Strong ITIL management process knowledge and experience and/or certification
