Job Requirements

- Must be able to qualify for a secret security clearance

- Must understand the process to update software & hardware

- Must have advanced user skills

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems 2000 & XP

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office XP & 2003

- Good customer service and basic documentation skills required

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Must be a team player

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must speak fluent English.

Education/Certification

- Minimum: High School Diploma Required

- Will be required to complete MCDST Certification upon

employment. Employer assistance available.

Dress Standards

- Employee will be required to wear collared shirts

- Employee will be required to wear pressed pants

- Employee will be required to wear dress shoes

- Military grooming standards are a plus

Salary Range

- $18,720.00 per year or $9.00 per hour

- Potential raise upon completion of Microsoft Certified

certificates after employment.
