We are currently seeking to fill an Environments Coordinator position for our client in Warrenville, IL. Primary responsibilities include:

- Identify all systems/applications that will be used for testing

- Assist the Change Coordinator with the implementation of the Internal Change Process

- Schedule and monitor deployments of code and data loads into the proper environment

- Implement and maintain practices and procedures via the appropriate tools and mechanisms in support of the environments

- Work with Change Coordinator to schedule and manage environment dependencies across development streams, ensuring risks are mitigated and issues proactively communicated.

- Provide flexible processes to meet the demands of the required delivery of environments across all streams of work where current processes do not exist.

- Ensure appropriate external testing resources are available to assist internal testers when needed.

- Ensure environment and data refreshes are implemented as required.

- Identify all resources/groups, internal or external, that are pertinent to successful scheduling of various environments for testing

- Act as liaison between teams

- Work to build close relationships with the senior project team leads, and Programme management.

Experience / Skills:

- An understanding of ITIL processes (certification nice but not required)

- A minimum of 2 years Change Management background representing a large project

- A minimum of 2 years of practical project management experience (PMP nice, but not required)

- A thorough understanding of the Tibco messaging strategy and products

- A thorough understanding of two and three tier application architecture

- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)

- Understanding of ClearCase and ClearQuest or similar source control systems

- Understanding of Microsoft Project with the ability to create and maintain project plans

- Strong project planning and co-ordination skills in a complex and rapidly changing technical environment
