Washington Mutual Bank is looking for a Technical Lead FTE located in Chatsworth, CA, Emeryville, CA, Seattle or Vernon Hills, IL to work with Epiphany products, manage and build business line relationships, lead software developers and deliver solutions.

 
Job Duties:
 
The position of Technology Specialist I for the CRM initiatives involves owning and supporting the implementation of multiple Epiphany products with an in house team. The position requires extensive interaction with different business lines within the bank along and broad integration points of Epiphany software into multiple platforms. This person must build partnerships with the management team to understand business needs, drivers, and direction in order to align company IT assets and initiatives appropriately. There is extensive cooperation with wide variety of resources, which include database development, system administration, vendors and many other corporate and infrastructure support teams therefore this person must clearly and concisely convey concepts and directions to individuals and groups of varying expertise levels and skill sets.



Candidate must have experience demonstrating technical and leadership ability successfully leading a portfolio of projects.


o Experience in full project lifecycle and delivery of large complex CRM projects (Epiphany specific), with multiple work streams including integration with legacy systems
o Epiphany's Insight product for Marketing Automation
o Epiphany's Analytics Platform for direct marketing (AP)
o Epiphany's Interaction Advisor for Real Time Personalization (RTP)
o Current or past strong skill set in SQL programming, performance tuning and design and development skills
o Familiarity in designing star schemas, dimensions and facts etc.
o Good ETL and Analytics experience
o Domain knowledge of CRM systems
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task is a must
o Structure, lead, train and develop department staff to achieve maximum effectiveness
o Oversee development and implementation of CRM system enhancements
o Provide CRM department resources to projects where appropriate or required
o Assist the support and ongoing maintenance of CRM technology assets
o Ensure CRM application users and customers are provided effective, professional, and timely support
o Stay current of trends related to the CRM industry and marketplace
o Assist the development and execution of CRM application user training on an as-needed basis
o  Familiarity with different SDLC models
