Abound Resources' technology support solutions help community financial institutions optimize technology resources and improve their bottom line.
 
As an Executive Consultant, you will help build our products and services, lead executive-level meetings for our clients, speak at conferences and webinars, manage a wide array of consulting projects for our community financial institution customers, and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants. The types of projects you will be responsible for include process redesign, operations efficiency, best practice implementation, technology assessment and planning, vendor selection, contract negotiations, technology implementation and compliance-related projects.

 

You will be supported by Senior Consultants, Consultants and Research Analysts.

 

3-5 days a month travel is required.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

 

? Experience as bank COO, CIO, or executive level IT consultant required.
? 10+ years experience with bank technology, bank operations, or IT consulting required.
? Knowledge of community bank operations and technology required.
? Excellent written/verbal communication skills, facilitation and Board presentation skills, personnel development skills required.
? College degree required, MBA preferred.
? A passionate and selfless commitment to customer service, motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn are required to serve our customers.
