Experienced Software Testers

Z-Tech Corporation is currently searching for two talented senior testers to round out our test staff. First priority will be given to those testers with experience within the secondary mortgage market.

Duties/requirements include:

Assist with integration test strategy, planning and test execution; Create test status report every week; Analyze requirements from use cases and create test scenarios; Mentor fellow testers if needed; Document defects discovered using ClearQuest

Desired Skills:

Previous experience with a large scale Integrated test environment; Four or more years of test experience of which at least 2 years have occurred with Java Technology; Understanding of J2EE technology; Experience with Relational Database notably Oracle and Sybase Databases; Familiarity with automated testing tools particularly Mercury tools; Familiarity with RUP Methodology; Great attitude and excitement about supporting testing; Attention to detail; Willingness to work long hours and off-hours during key testing periods to get job done; Good oral and written communication skills

Skill/Role Level Years Experience Preference:

Automated Testing 4 years of experience preferred but not required; Database Testing 2 years of experience preferred; Rational ClearQuest 2 years of experience preferred; Test Case Preparation 3 years of experience preferred; Test Engineer 3 years of experience required; Test Planning 3 years of experience preferred; Test Scripting 3 years of experience preferred; Testing Methodologies 3 years of experience preferred; Testing Tools 3 years of experience preferred; Testing-Functionality 3 years of experience preferred; Testing-Integration 3 years of experience preferred; Testing-Regression 3 years of experience preferred.
