This position may be located REMOTE within the US, reporting to the Wisconsin location.

The role of the Administrator II is to maintain the data integrity as well as efficient usage of system resources within the department. This person will support the daily functions of the FACS collections software for all Arrow offices. Primary duties consist of design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems.

REQUIRED:*1 year FACS (Ontario Systems) collection software experience with: building pools and queues, writing tactics, using report writer and logic blocks * GC experience *Proficiency with MS Office software *Must be able to work in a team environment and effectively manage time *Must preserve confidential and sensitive information, following strict industry and security requirements

PREFERRED: * Experience programming in ENABLE * SQL exerience * Advanced Excel and Access skills
