Job Description
Business & Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.  They specialize in the design, development, integration and delivery of functional and industry solutions and processes for clients based on existing packages such as SAP and PeopleSoft, Retek, or custom-built systems.

 

As an Analyst, specific responsibilities may include:
? Documenting business requirements
?  Performing application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)
? Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
? Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
? Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities
? Performing testing work
? Developing efficient code

 

Qualifications

At least two years of relevant experience in addition to a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in one of the following majors:

 ? Engineering (all disciplines)

 ? Math/Sciences

 ? Computer Science

 ? MIS/CIS

 

 ? Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
 ? Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
 ? Desire to work in an information systems environment
 ? Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
 ? Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

 ? An interest in working in the Government industry


Technical Skills and Knowledge:

 ? 2 to 4 years experience in systems integration and interactive design

 ? Leadership of small teams in successful systems integration, package implementation, and/ or interactive design

 ? Prior experience in full life cycle development, including design, development, coding, testing, and implementation

 

 

Other Requirements (e.g. travel):

 ? Ability to be mobile and meet client travel requirements - up to 100%

 ? Current authorization to work in the United States on other than a non-immigrant visa
