A Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.? You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.?
?
Candidates selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for
access to classified information.
?A qualified candidate has:
**Secret through Top Secret with a Full Scope polygraph
** 6+ years of related experience, including strong team lead experience
** OO design and methodology
** Java, J2EE server-side development, or .NET skills with an understanding of Web Services architecture and design
** Experience with one or more of the following application servers: WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle 9i, Sun ONE
** Understanding of and experience with UML and RUP
** Experience managing projects and engagements, interfacing with senior client personnel, gathering user requirements and writing design documents, leading JAD sessions, writing and executing unit and system tests
** Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
** Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues
** Strong sense of ownership and commitment
** Willingness to travel
** Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree
preferred.
