Job Description:
Length of Assignment: up to 6 months most likely follow later by a 6 month period to assist in testing.

Position Context:
Provide technical control and oversight services to the development and implementation of a large, mission critical public-sector application. The application will process a high volume of complex, financial transactions on behalf of citizens, and has significant capacity, throughput, and availability requirements. The core application will be augmented with CRM, document management, and Oracle Financials. This application will reside in a very large Hosting Center. It will need to be designed to co-exist with many other large scale critical applications within the enterprise infrastructure. Once deployed, the application will utilize shared enterprise EMC Storage, and an enterprise Veritas backup solution. New hardware and software is being purchased and deployed for each stage of development

Position Description:
Provide solution analysis and validation, interface analysis and validation, application installation and configuration support, and testing support to the FileNet-based Document Management component of the overall project. The DMS will support capture, storage, management, and retrieval of all scanned, faxed, electronic, and system-generated documents, with the retrieval function integrated into the new application?s interface.

This position interacts continuously with client data-center staff, application vendor staff, and members of the Project Control Office (PCO); communication and organization skills are an absolute.

Required Skills and Experience:

? 5 years experience in the design and implementation of document management systems
? 3 years experience in the design and implementation of document management systems using FileNet
? 3 years experience in the integration of automated document management systems with other automated business processes

Education or equivalent required:
BA or BS Degree in CS, or related field experience
