Responsibilities/Duties:

Assists in the administration of Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, maintenance of financial reporting structures, calculations and models. Identifies issues related to workflow processes, researches solutions, and implements corrective steps to achieve higher level of operational efficiency. Under minimal supervision and with appreciable latitude for actions and decisions, has responsibility for all aspects of difficult projects that are broad or technical in nature and require troubleshooting, collaboration within or outside the unit, effective communication requiring persuasion, and creativity or originality. Responsible for training and reviewing the work of other associates. Provides service-oriented approach to assigned functional area(s). Performs other related duties as required.

 



Requirements/Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field and equivalent experience. Is detail oriented, has strong analytical, technical skills and work ethics. Possesses advanced computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications particularly Access is required, experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase, Unix, Oracle are pluses. Three to five years' experience in general accounting or finance with a large for profit organization.  Experience with a growth oriented company. OR any combination of education/experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
