French Helpdesk Analyst

***CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK FRENCH AND BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON***

Our client is currently seeking a French speaking Helpdesk Analyst looking for an opportunity to get into technology.

Responsibilities: Monitor store data circuits and notify carriers of circuit outages when necessary Assist office and warehouse personnel, home PC users and stores with PC hardware and software, modems, phones, printers, copy machines, fax machines and various other equipment Log all trouble calls and requests and forward unresolved issues to the appropriate IT departments Follow up on all calls to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction Handle various other customer support related duties as they arise (including clerical work, paperwork and data entry)

Requirements: PC skills with emphasis on Windows 2000 operating systems and Microsoft Office XP software PC troubleshooting skills; both hardware and software An understanding of servers, virtual drives and directory structures Ability to work under pressure Ability to work with minimum supervision or independently Strong analytical and problem solving abilities An interest in technology and a desire to learn Must be flexible as to the hours and days worked and must be able to work overtime when necessary Must have customer service experience; prior trouble ticket. ACD experience a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Good people skills and the ability to work well with others Excellent phone skills
