Front-End Web Developer/Product Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Front-End Web Developer looking to broaden their experience into the product management aspects of Internet advertising/development.  This individual will to be a key member of our product team that helps clients take their designs and creative campaigns and transform them to web-friendly templates.


This person?s primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the implementation of creative designs to the web. This includes, but is not limited to: working with cross functional teams to close a sale, working with internal team to code designs into web formats, managing the traffic when several clients are being worked on simultaneously, and working with the Product Development team to ensure the product maintains competitive advantages in the marketplace.


This individual must have:
-Strong interpersonal skills (be able to discuss specifications with sales personnel and clients themselves)
-Experience bringing designs/.PSD files to front end production, utilizing HTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript.
-Ability to actively participate in product enhancement discussions, bringing new ideas and knowledge of the latest technology to team meetings
-Strong QA/testing skills
-Ability to work as part of a team


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent three or more years of web development experience.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript.
-Able to optimize pages for minimal load times.
-Experience working in an ASP.Net template-based development.
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
-Experience building business cases/business plans for products or web development
-Desire to gain experience in the business of selling/managing products in addition to web development
