TITLE:Functional Credentialing Analyst (Finance) ***
POSITION NUMBER: 20519 (A&P)
LOCATION:Enterprise Information Technology
PAY GRADE/SALARY RANGE: 03/$39,000.00 ? OPEN**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Computer Science or appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.
Note: The Functional Credentialing Analyst ? Finance, is responsible for the documentation, problem solving, system testing, configuration accuracy, training, and credentialing to support the mission of the department and the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll module(s). Monitors the automated and manual control functions and data integrity; serves as PeopleSoft subject matter expert for the assigned module(s) of the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system and ensures the module(s) operates efficiently, accurately, and according to regulations, The Credentials Subject Matter Expert will report to the Credentials Manager. Serves as a facilitator to interface the HR/Payroll modules to other ERP or University software solutions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills as evidence, in part, by relationship management, process improvement (modeling, analysis, redesign), and technical writing (system documentation, training materials). Ability to organize time effectively and efficiently; Ability to prioritize work and take the initiative with limited supervision; Proven ability to take ownership of issues; Ability to seek innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions; Maintain an effective relationship with end users, team members, and department management; Ability to create documentations, training materials, and test scripts that meets the needs of FAMU; Ability to provide regular status reports, written, verbal, and statistical showing status of ongoing projects; and Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules.
** Salary is based on educational requirements, experience and knowledge, skills and abilities.
