Job Summary

This is a full-time position as a member of the Center of Excellence ? Shared Services Finance Team responsible for support of the finance functionality of the SAP R/3. Will participate in a cross-functional, team environment. Emphasis is on supporting the established BD global finance design by monitoring problems, managing the escalation process and resolving production support issues. Assists the Business Process Teams in a consulting role and liaison to IT for improving business processes. Executes enhancements to the global design. Acts as technical resource for implementations of the R/3 at new sites and upgrades to current systems.

This position is full-time and is located in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Although travel requirements are limited, applicant must have ability to travel internationally as needed.

Supports the global super users and business process team in the finance modules of SAP R/3. Major job emphasis is on Asset Management, Trvavel Expense Management, SAP Security Profile Maintenance and General Ledger. Other areas of involvement will be in SAP R/3 Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. The position will require working knowledge of various other finance modules such as, Controlling, Product Costing, Intercompany Sales processes, Business Warhaouse, etc. This position requires resolving technical problems in teh varous SAp finance moduels and other SAP R/3 FICO related activities. Acts as single contact point for problem management.

Develop an understanding of BD s overall Finance functional process, including use of SAP and any complementary tools.

Apply knowledge of SAP transactions and provide support for the functional business process teams and site teams, including, but not limited to, global, regional and divisional teams.

Use the approved BD support methodology to ensure all assigned problem and change tickets are resolved by the assigned completion date. Provide appropriate documentation to meet support requirements. Coordinate development requests and act as a single interface to SAP Developers.

Maintain system integrity by following proper testing and documentation procedures using accepted management tools based testing and transport system. Includes unit, integration and regression testing of new R/3.
