Global Procurement and Logistics Sales Support Coordinator

? Responsible for overseeing quote responses and the updating of the quotes register, uploading onto the CPL community?s page.

? Will oversee communication with the various DD NA regions on cross border trading/order activity

? Assist with sales queries where necessary.

? Regular conference calls with clients ? internal and external

? Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients globally

? Ability to articulate and communicate the various businesses models ? central vs local vs hybrid

? Communication of DDCC sales collateral

? Communication of DDCC process flows (TransACT)

? Collaborate with the GAM Program Directors and GAM Account Managers to ensure that Logistics Services are delivered as required by the customer.

? Monitor opportunities in global pipeline and in con junction with the BDM, communicate with account managers in DDNA to ensure GPL is aligned correctly to participate in these deals

? Design and develop GPL account and project plans for major accounts and communicate to the IOM and SA teams

? Validation and verification of all purchase orders before they are placed on the IOM, to avoid bottlenecks

? Provided commercial invoices and shipping documentation for emergency shipments and cover on public holidays (SA)

? Assisting Yasmin Rasool where necessary with the collection of debt from DDNA but GPL

? Responsible for future growth and expansion of team

30%Education/Qualification Required

n  Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in:

Global Logistics/International Business/Business Administration

n  Sales Support or Customer Service experience required

 Experience

? Minimum 4 years sales support or customer service experience

? Or high school diploma/equivalent with preferred 8 years customer service or sales support experience

? Preferred experience in the technology field

? Demonstrated experience in a multi-cultural, global business environment

? Demonstrated ability for independent thinking/self managing in a fast paced environment

? Demonstrated ability in meeting/exceeding milestones

? Responsible for managing SLAs to NA sales team

? Responsible for meeting daily customer expectations

? Must have strong organizational and time management skills
