Join Deloitte's Global Office as Global Risk Management Business?Analysis Manager. In this position you will work with the Global Deloitte Radar (GDAR) proprietary Intranet-based tool developed by a partnership of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's Global Risk Management Group. This tool is strictly intended for?Deloitte Member Firm personnel use in evaluating risks and performing research for their clients and potential clients. The centerpiece of Deloitte Radar is a financial analysis and benchmarking capability for publicly-traded companies using the latest available financial data. The Global Deloitte?Radar website also includes highly-valuable and well-organized links to external websites that facilitate research on specific
companies and industries.

The Global Risk Management Business?Analysis Manager would act as the business owner of the GDAR Product and as the representative of the business user community.

Specific Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Work closely with the Office of Information Management (OIM) IT resources on development of the Global Deloitte Radar (GDAR) product.
- Assist in the preparation/drafting/review of various project deliverables including Project Charter and Scope, Business Requirements including process flows, Project Plans and vendor Requests for Pricing (RFP).
- In partnership with OIM, research and evaluate vendor solutions. Participate in discussions with vendors.
- Engage in visioning of application functionality as well as the approach and scope of application phasing with project sponsors, team members and end users.
- Assist in the ongoing management of project governance including preparing for and conducting update calls with
governance bodies, developing stakeholder communication plans and drafting/distributing project communications.
- Identify project issues and risks and develop appropriate responses.
- Assist in the development of application prototypes.
- Prepare/draft/review application content including scoring, questionnaires and guidance.
- Participate in discussions with shared services such as Quality Assurance, Global Information Security Office, global privacy experts, help desk and support teams, global vendor management and legal.
- Assist in managing cross dependencies with other projects in the Reputation Excellence and Practice Protection group as well as Deloitte broadly.
- Design, perform and supervise business quality assurance work.
- In partnership with OIM, develop training materials and lead training on use of the application in calls/meetings.
- Document best practices around application deployment and usage.
- Assist in change management
activities around deployment of GDAR including preparing and conducting calls for project governance bodies, support personnel and end users.
- Design GDAR management reports.
Product Management
- In partnership with OIM, develop materials used by help desk to enable their support of GDAR.
- Act as the top level of business support for production versions of GDAR.
- Evaluate user feedback to develop secondary releases of GDAR for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Project-manage business aspects of secondary releases.
Business Process Expert
- Work closely with Member Firm Risk Management teams to assist them in designing their GDAR consultation processes and policies.
- Document best practices in GDAR consultation processes and policies to share among Member Firms.
- Develop training materials and lead training on the GDAR consultation business process in calls/meetings.

- A minimum of 5 years experience as a lead
business/analyst/manager on software delivery projects for a global client base (preferably within a professional services environment.)
- 3 or more years of demonstrated success working on project teams using a formal software delivery process and project management discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in generating management reports focused on financial statement analysis of companies using the Internet and vendor databases (preferably global public companies.)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and business writing skills required in order to successfully work with employees and management in a virtual, globally dispersed environment.
- Strong technology skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Inquisitive, analytical writing with an attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; financial analysis skills necessary.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or economics or
equivalent work experience needed.
- 25% travel including international destinations, necessary.
