Partner Solutions Organization Leadership - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

We're looking for Tech Leads/Managers (TLMs) in the sales-oriented team who can own and drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of 6-12 technical team members in an innovative and fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex business-oriented technical assignments, including partner product integration, onsite deployment, customer engagement, and large-scale business solution delivery.

This position is not a pure management position; TLMs are expected to contribute technically to their project. Our interview process will emphasize technical skills, business acumen skills, and management/organizational skills equally.

Requirements:
CS degree strongly preferred.
Strong programming capabilities in at least two of the following: Java, C++, and Python.
Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
Very technical and technologically savvy.
Ability to manage/mentor/coach 6-12 business-oriented technical staff or software engineers.
Ability to manage complex technical projects.
Demonstrates expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.
Ability to motivate and demonstrate technical leadership.
Demonstrates capability of "rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty".
Ability to read and modify code.
Possesses excellent communication both verbal and written.
Communicate effectively across functions and builds relationships with engineering and sales.
Works well in fast-paced growing environment.
Past track records of building a strong technical team and excelling at execution and delivery.
May have prior start-up experience and demonstrate ability to adapt.
