National Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Technology & Knowledge Management is seeking a Graphic Designer to assist in the design, prototyping and visual development AERS web-based internal tools used by client service professionals, and other visual communications and collateral materials related to these projects.

Work with a diverse team of specialists in the areas of content management, research,
and web development, as well as other designers.? Position is located in Chicago.

Qualifications
*?????? Bachelor's degree in graphic design, with a minimum of two years' experience
*?????? A demonstrated ability to problem solve business issues/challenges into concise, well-designed, comprehensible visual solutions in various electronic and/or print mediums
*?????? Portfolio of work required
*?????? Proficient on the PC and Microsoft Windows environment
*?????? Understanding of, and ability to create, html pages
*?????? Understanding of Web site usability best practices
*?????? Superior organizational skills to manage multiple projects at a time
*?????? Knowledge of business issues, particularly as they pertain to the professional services industry helpful
*?????? Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
*?????? Ability to work productively and communicate with all levels of personnel/management and team members
*?????? Acute
attention to detail
*?????? Ability to work well under pressure and under short deadlines
*?????? Must be able to comply with Deloitte's Visual Identity Brand Standards
*?????? Writing ability required in the development of communications/training documents/web site verbiage
*?????? Demonstrated initiative, self discipline, follow-through, and problem-solving ability
*?????? Proficiency with Adobe Fireworks design tool a plus
