- A MS or PhD degree in computer science or mathematics


- Minimum 15-year working experience in computer software area


- Minimum 5-year managerial experience in computer software area


- Minimum 7- year performance test experience in a large-scale test environment.


- Knowledge of Solaris 8 and AIX 5.3 operating systems and knowledge of Unix monitoring tools such


as vmstat, iostat, ps, SAR, etc. are required.


- Knowledge of WebSphere admin console and Tivoli tool are required


- Knowledge of load generation tool such as Mercury LoadRunner is required.


- Strong analytical skill. Performance tuning and capacity planning experiences are required.
