HEAT System Analyst

The HEAT System Analyst will provide a lead roll in the Customer Service function by managing the Service Engineering HEAT (Helpdesk Expert Automation Tool) database via: user training, system maintenance, database management, software testing and evaluation, training staff, and report creation and generation. The HEAT system is used to record dealer, customer, and field representatives? service and parts calls into a central database that is then monitored and maintained for the purpose of managing product field problems and resolutions to same and monitoring work flow.  It is also used to log all RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) numbers and is an element of the record?s retention process. The Analyst provides the level of customer support necessary to satisfy our dealers, to help to ensure the quality of the product through early identification and resolution of product problems, and to provide the reports necessary to manage the same. Qualified candidates will have an Associate?s degree (General Computer Science preferred), 3-5 years job related experience; 1-2 years prior data base management, 1-2 years prior report writing, and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Willingness to complete HEAT Administrator Certification by Front Range preferred.
