HELP DESK 1:30pm -10:00pm shift

Help Desk position in central NJ.

 

100% phone support

Looking for customer service oriented, professional candidate.

Excellent communication and phone skills a must.

2-3 years Help desk experience preferred.

Qualified candidate will have working knowledge of Computer Hardware, WIN 2000/XP and MS office XP/2003.

Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2003 preferred.

Networking and VPN knowledge a plus
