This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with 1 - 2 years help desk experience, new college or tech certification grads. We have 12 positions open in Tampa (Temple Terrace) where the responsibilities and benefits are:
Internal technical support for office/professional users - NO at-home users Answer phone calls related to hardware, software, printer, and internet problems only - NO sales, billing issues, or non-technical support Must have technical support and troubleshooting experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and internet connectivity issues. Position is long term, open ended, full time with benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, 2 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays). Pay is $12/hr. Medical Benefits start after 30 days. Bonuses awarded monthly and annually based on performance and job longevity - can add between $700 - $3300 to base pay! Certification Testing Assistance available after 6 months. Schedule is Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm for 1st 7 weeks (training period). After training, you will work 5 out of 7 days (client is open weekends), for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am - 8pm.
