Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Strategic Planning Analyst position is responsible for working with stakeholders to participate in the development of Human Resources - related Strategic Planning deliverables to include strategic presentations, enterprise level Bills of IT, Convergence Strategies, and Human Resources Business / IT thought leadership. The strategic planning analyst should ideally have knowledge/ experience with the relevant BUSINESS PROCESSES and CONCEPTUAL architectures associated with Human Resources. This is a strategically focused position and the candidate must be able to look at both the business processes and strategies and work to develop strategic architectures. This position will have a strong focus towards the business side of PEOPLESOFT, timekeeping, and payroll applications.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate would both have the relevant business process experience, as well as worked with PEOPLESOFT; but more from the BUSINESS perspective. The candidate must understand how these apps fit into an overall strategy to meet business needs.

1. Manage Workforce Information (e.g., process employee transactions, workforce planning/analytics, etc.)

3. Performance Management
4. Compensation
5. Benefits
6. Recruiting
7. Timekeeping
8. Payroll

An undergraduate degree, superior communication and customer service skills, and the ability to travel extensively up to 100% weekly also required.
