Location: Lakeland, FL

Salary: $58,000 - $80,500

Type: Perm

Responsibilities:

- Gathering requirements for HR systems such as SAP

- Designing the application services for an enterprise application solution such as SAP

- Instructing, directing and verifying the work of others within Information Systems

- Overseeing and auditing the development work of others within Information Systems

Required Qualifications:

- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum of three years experience in analysis, design and/or coding in HR systems

- Experience documenting requirements and design in HR systems

- Experience designing and developing HR applications

- Must be flexible and able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner

- High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity

- Excellent attendance and punctuality record

- Excellent team work and communication skills

- Must demonstrate ability to work under minimal supervision

- Good human relation skills

- Must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with the following computing platforms: SAP, UNIX, DB2

- Experience configuring a software package to meet functional requirements and specifications from the users

- Knowledge of infrastructure related systems (client/server, workstations, servers, networks, mid-range, mainframe, database and middleware technologies),

- Knowledge of HR business processes, especially payroll
