HR Systems Management

Edward Jones is currently seeking a Human Resources systems administrator to analyze, design and implement new PeopleSoft functionality to several business areas including the benefits department of Edward Jones. Previous PeopleSoft HRMS including benefits administration experience is strongly preferred, and working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, PS Query and Excel is a must. Two-plus years of Human Resource experience and knowledge of Crystal is a plus.

Responsibilities :
-Analyze, design and implement PeopleSoft functionality to support the health and welfare programs of Edward Jones
-Determine the appropriate uses of the PeopleSoft system to meet user's needs
-Develop new processes and procedures that maximize efficiency and effectiveness
-Support reporting needs for the business areas assigned
-Lead support on projects.

Requirements :
-Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS including benefits administration, PS Query and Excel is required.
-Crystal knowledge is a plus.
-Excellent analytical and communication skills
-A business degree is strongly preferred.
-A bachelor's degree is preferred.
-Two to three years of PeopleSoft HRMS experience
-Two-plus years of human resource experience
