HRIS MANAGER - PROJECT LEADER

A technical understanding of one or more commercial human resource information products and an understanding of data base distinction. Ability to successfully supervise, lead, motivate and develop unit membersAbility to meet deadlines and balance multiple projectsHigh level of personal and technical communication skillsSpreadsheet skills including advanced manipulations and creation of mathematical formulasAbility to maintain confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate mannerAttention to detail and ability to provide quality results within required deadlinesExcellent problem solving skills.  Inquisitive mind with analytical skills sufficient to conduct in depth research and identification of application corrective measuresLawson system knowledgeAbility to effectively work in collaboration with others Excellent organizational and project management skills  Proficient with Access and other Microsoft products. Work Experience and EducationMinimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience is preferred.Associates degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor degree preferred.Human Resources experience required.Minimum of 3-5 years experience with Lawson or other high-end HR/PR software required.
