You will: provide daily support for our HRIS, using various software features and utilities; provide operational support to our Human Resources Department including report design, development, production and distribution; conduct Business Recovery; recommend enhancements that meet the needs of end-users; participate in special projects.



Preferred: 2?3+ years of proven HRIS success; Human Resources experience; proficiency with ADP/Enterprise Human Resources and Payroll System; strong PC software skills; Excel proficiency; experience dealing with outside vendors; Associate?s Degree.



You need to have: strong knowledge of PC design, configuration and trouble-shooting hardware/software; excellent oral and written communication skills.
