Hands-on Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are currently searching for a Technical Business Analyst for a Controlled Disbursements Merger. This position is 60% hands on technical analyst and 40% Business Analyst who has worked in some aspect of Treasury. Cash management experience or check processing background is nice to have. Able to translate business requirements to technical design as well as program. Need to be able to interact effectively and professionally in business meetings.

Job Experience:
Need to have extensive mainframe, technical analysis, and programming experience. Cobol, JCL, VSAM & CICS a requirement. Need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
