Are you looking for the opportunity to take on additional tasks to broaden your exposure in an interesting market and technology?  Our client is looking for a strong hardware design engineer to join their team.  This opportunity will give you the chance to design new products, support existing products, and be an influential member of their design team.

 

Position Requirements:

- Must have experience with BOTH board design and FPGA design

- Experience with high speed design and issues relating to signal integrity, ground bounce, impedance matching, and working with PBC designers and vendors

- Networking interfaces (Ethernet, T1, DS3, and SONET/SDH) and experience with Framers and LIUs

- Microprocessor and Network Processor design

- Experience working with systems, mechanicals, compliance (safety, emission, immunity and NEBS)

- Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Four year degree, or related experience
