The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

 

Job Description

 

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting the client Information Management development product managers with solution development.  The Systems Analyst is charged with overseeing the work performed by the business analysts and developers to ensure that the solution that is being developed is technically elegant and meets the business, technical and architectural requirements.

 

Specifically, we are looking for a software architect with experience in designing large-scale systems.  The candidate should be familiar with standard architecture and design patterns, relational data theory, industry software design best-practices, application integration techniques and the concepts of Information Engineering.  We are looking for leaders who can work with us to evolve our vision for re-engineering the client into a Consumer-Centric organization.  We are looking beyond just effective written and oral communication skills to the ability to be an idea evangelist.  We are not looking for some-time program designers but seasoned large-scale systems conceivers and designers.

 

 

Key responsibilities may include:


? Prepare Detailed Design Document(s)? Assist project/product managers with creating project plans, assess impacts, performing forecasting, and resource planning.

? Research and analyze operations, processes and data to come to a full understanding of principles and relationships.

? Provide oversight and final review of design specification.

? Partner with Business Analyst and other IT staff to ensure the design accomplishes both business and technical requirements.

? Ability to prepare models, layouts, design flowcharts and/or data flow diagrams.

? Work with Data Architect to design database/tables, participate in the design of other file structures and job processes.
? Teaming with the client product managers to define the IM development factory approach and direction across a number of initiatives
? Understanding business requirements, direction and initiatives from a client enterprise-level perspective
? Ensuring the successful resolution project issues and risks
? Balancing and monitoring the on-site team capacity and commitments to minimize overtime
? Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of team status and issues at all levels

 

 

Qualifications

 

Experience requirements, 4 years experience in the following:

 Business Intelligence / Information Management Deep data skills ? broad understanding of data warehousing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools (Ab Initio strongly preferred) Program, Project and/or Resource Management Requirements Gathering/Business Systems Analysis Strong Communications Skills Strong Familiarity with Application Maintenance, Support, and Operations Willing to be local to the Jacksonville, FL area. Relocation assistance will be provided. Bachelor's degree required or Advanced degree (or equivalent), preferably in business management or technology management is a plus
