Help Desk Intern

Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to our desktop user community under the supervision of the Network Administrator, including:

- Assistance with network and desktop application issues
- Network monitoring
- Hands-on troubleshooting of office equipment, including desktop computers, printers, copiers, etc..., when and where needed
- Building and deploying Workstations and Laptops
- Data backup and restore
- Computer equipment and software inventory monitoring

Qualifications
Position is Intern level

Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous IT job related in a help desk environment is a plus
