Job Description: The responsibilities of the Help Desk Lead include:
TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
- Account creation, reset password
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system
- Install software (MS products and other COTS and GOTS)
- Test procedures and process
- Backup operations
- Anti-virus definition update
- Re-image hard disk
- Image creation of OS and other software
- Inventory PCs and other devices for LCM
- Other duties as assigned
- MCP, MCDST
a. Help desk support
b. Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and NT experience
c. Hardware: PCs, Laptops, printers, A/V systems
d. Troubleshooting: TCP/IP, COTS (MS Office 2K, XP, 2K3), GOTS (Air Force)

- BS or Associates degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional environment
- Must be US citizen
