Help Desk Manager

Currently seeking experienced Help Desk Managers (Multiple)with 7+ years experience in an federal / DoD environment with an Active Top Secret Clearance / SSBI with the following skills:

Remedy Management and Support
Metrics and Service Level Agreements
Collaboration and Coordination with External Support Providers
Briefings, Reports, Meetings, Manuals, etc.

Must have experience in managing on a Tier I and/or Tier II level.

Location: Crystal City,Virginia / Department of Defense
