OVERVIEW:

For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing a wide variety of desktop support activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to end users via telephone. You will also be involved the analysis of desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.

YOUR BACKGROUND:
1+ years related experience
Solid desktop / laptop support and troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with a variety of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
Experience with remote access / VPN and backup / recovery
A+ certification preferred
MCP / MCSE certification a plus
