Help Desk Representative

 

Responsibilities:

 Acts as liaison between end user and the IT department.Provide support to end users by responding to requests in a timely manner.Identifies, documents, tracks, researches and resolves technical problems.

 

 

Requirements:

 Strong customer service and phone skills.Good knowledge of IT.Excellent verbal and data entry skills.Excellent problem solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment in a fast paced support role.Prior Help Desk experience a plus.Telecommunications knowledge a plus.
