Help Desk Support - 2nd/3rd Shift- TS or TS/SCI Clearance
Description:
If you are a certified (A+ or MCSE or Security+) help desk analyst who would like to work 2nd or 3rd shift,
this is a great career opportunity. Your role will include:
Responding to and diagnosing network, hardware, and software problems through discussions with users.
Escalating problems that cannot be resolved by telephone or e-mail.
Documenting problem resolution in the call-tracking database.
Documenting and distributing procedures and solutions to commonly reported problems.
Providing end-user desktop support for Microsoft and Department of State specific applications.
Participating in deployment of new hard- and soft-ware and/or software upgrades.
The shifts are Monday- Friday 11PM-7AM and 3pm-11PM. There may occassional weekend of first shift work.
Requirements:
A+ Certification with Security+ and/or Network+ certification, or MCSE certification
minimum of two to five years providing telephone and desktop support.
Experienced with Microsoft XP operating systems and the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
