Help Desk Support

Support field with KRONOS HR system as well as other company software systems. Responding to phone calls and emails with technical support and timely resolutions on HRIS/KRONOS HR and other software systems. Must be able to document and track transactions through 'Track it' system. Provide some hardware support to infrastructure as required.

Ideal candidate must possess Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field. Have 2 years experience in field or related area. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of IT helpdesk. Must be organized, a self starter, possess excellent communication skills, have a 'can do' attitude and and is detail oriented.
