UP TO 1 YEAR CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT

Provide help desk and IT troubleshooting support to DFPS customers on Windows PC systems, MS Office products, printer & network connectivity and multi-platform PC hardware. Hardware vs software problem isolation, root-cause analysis and resolution. Proficient in documenting problem incidents and resolutions in CRM and KM systems.

Effective phone-based tech support. Superior customer service, communication skills (interpersonal and written). Maintain performance while under stress. A+, Network +, or MCP/MCSA/MCSE pref.

MS O/S, MS Office application software and PC, printer hardware knowledge.
