Help Desk Technologist ? Excellent opportunity at a professional services firm. Responsibilities include assisting the Network Administrator by providing help desk support to end users on a day-to- day basis in order to ensure maximum uptime and productivity. Requires at least two years of Help Desk experience. Candidates must have work experience with CAD, Microstation, Novell Netware and/or Microsoft Windows network operating systems, Linux and familiarity with web design. Must have technical aptitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
