IPsoft, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Level 2 representative, to work at corporate headquarters, NYC.

 

Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for end users in Windows XP in domain environment. The individual will handle and resolve end user issues via telephone and onsite support. Responsibilities include, break/fix, solving desktop problems, new buildouts and escalation of level 2 calls. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to extract information from end user to resolve computer related hardware/software issues.

 

Duties include but are not limited to: Provide Technical support of our client's desktop software and internet based products and services via phone, email, and in person to users in Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003 environment. Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution. Efficiently and concisely document customer calls/email support inquiries and resolution into the customer contact system. Test and report errors in company internal systems and tracking tools.
