Helpdesk!

Locally owned, privately held company looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and paid overtime! Qualified candidates will have at least 2-5 years of experience in a large corporate environment working with a large number of end users providing customer technical support via the phone/e-mail.

 

Technical Experience should include supporting: 

? HP Desktop/Laptops

? Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft Windows XP

? Microsoft Office 2000/2003 Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

? Outlook 2000/2003 (LAN and Off-line/Remote)

? Internet Explorer

? LAN

? Dial-up Networking (Analog, VPN and ISDN)

? HP LaserJet, HP DeskJet and Tektronix/Xerox

? Wireless Technologies

 

Successful candidate will provide desktop technology support via the phone and customer's desk, participate in corporate wide technology implementations, interact with technical groups, assist with special projects, and maintain PC related inventory information.
