Helpdesk Technician
Modis is currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician for a three to four week project.The project may extend. The opportunity is located in Laurel, MD. The start date for this position is Tuesday, August 15. If you are unable to begin on this date, please do not apply!
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Working on laptop and desktop issues
Performing configurations
Resetting passwords
Troubleshooting connectivity issues
Imaging/Ghosting
Setting up wireless access points
Work with a team of 6 providing support for 500 users
There may also be some light travel required.
